Position Summary:

Our front desk guest service providers interact with all guests to meet expectations and create repeat customers.Essential Functions:

  • Greet Guests warmly, assist with guest expectations, needs and questions
  • Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
  • Process inbound telephone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Technical needs include handling reservations, checking guests in/out, billing transactions and handling monies
  • Interact with co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Act as advocate for other departments (housekeeping, engineering and food & beverage)
  • Follow in-house procedure to help ensure the security of guests and employees. Know hotel emergency procedures.
  • Assist with front office cleanliness, inventory supplies and manage market operations
  • Assist in guest shuttle needs Skills and Abilities:
    • Servant attitude towards others, guests and co-workers
    • Excellent communication
    • FOSSE experience is preferred
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
    • Willingness to help others
    • Willing to learn and grow in other areas of the hotel operation
