The Role

The Learning Consultant is responsible for managing client relationships and they ensure satisfaction and oversee engagement aspects of learning projects/programs. With a deep understanding of stakeholder strategy, they recommend and facilitate the design and deployment of learning programs supporting organizational goals, including technical and non-technical skills development. Their ability to evaluate metrics and reports provides valuable insights, facilitating strategic decisions on learning initiatives. Additionally, they act as the intermediary with learning pillars to enable the delivery of products and services.

Who You Are

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ experience in building DMV System Training programs

  • Experience Training on the Arizona MAX DMV Platform System including completion of at least 1 Production Go Live of the system.

  • Expert level trainer with experience on large complex system implementations.

  • Knowledgeable on Organizational Change Management methodology and program implementation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

  • Based in the United States.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $93,360 to $177,360 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $102,720 to $213,000

Colorado: $93,360 to $177,360

New York City: $112,080 to $213,000

Washington: $102,720 to $195,120

Washington DC:$102,720 to $195,120

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
