We are currently seeking a Desktop Support-Windows-OS to join our team in Los Angeles, California (US-CA), United States (US).
The IT Desktop Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling appointments with the user community.
**This role requires working onsite daily at our client’s facility and requires employee to be fully vaccinated on or before start date, to the extend required by applicable law.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Work with user community to schedule deployment appointments.
- Coordinate with client/deployment techs to schedule deployments, moves, pickups/dropoffs etc.
- Answer any end-user questions about deployment/software etc. will need some PC/Software knowledge
- Manage Microsoft bookings and O365 calendars for multiple people
- Coordinate rescheduling appointments as needed
- Coordinate with techs based on their availability to ensure scheduled deployment appointments are managed properly.
- maintain tickets with relevant notes and assigning tickets to techs with all relevant info
- perform other assigned duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience using PC-Desktops, Laptops, iPhone, peripherals
- 2 years of experience with Internet technologies and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $24.- 26.40/hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
