We are seeking a qualified Manager, Pharmacy Operations to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This role reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy and plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient and high-quality pharmacy services for the patients. The Manager, Pharmacy Operations will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage a team of direct reports, and contribute as a key member of the pharmacy leadership team.
Compensation: $30.25 Per Hour plus

Required Education, Experience, Certificates & Licenses:
- High School diploma/GED and five years of management experience OR associate degree in business administration or applicable field and three years of management experience OR bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and one year of management experience.
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a current AZ driver's license (may be required for mileage reimbursement).
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Previous experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare management is preferred.
