Your Role As our Customs Brokerage Entry Writer, you will analyze documents and accurately key in information to process entries with US Customs and Border Protection. You will be a crucial member of our Customs team, directly impacting the satisfaction of out internal and external customers. Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update all customs compliance documentation, adhering to all US Customs Regulations and other regulatory agencies
  • Process documents through the Companyâs ABI system, securing Customs release and other government agency approvals as needed
  • Coordinate both delivery and invoicing for import accounts related to services rendered
  • Review and monitor all Customs rejections, client information requests, and other correspondence involving government agencies
  • Ensure compliance with both domestic and international shipping regulations
  • Engage in daily correspondence with overseas offices
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to provide a high level of service to our valued customers
Your Skills and Experiences
  • 2+ years Customer Service experience
  • Basic knowledge of Incoterms
  • Confident user of Microsoft Suite: MS Word, Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Comfortable using office equipment such as printers, scanners, telephone, etc.
