Job Description
Purpose:
Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to AbbVies code of conduct
- Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met
- Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
- Capable of training others on tasks
- Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
- Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
- Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
- Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
- Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
- Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
- Some RCM or RCA experience
- Create trending data and presnet technial reports summarizing findings and reccomneded soultions
Qualifications- HS diploma with 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions
- CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
- Formal electrical training (degree or apprenticeship)
- Some formal training or experience with PDM technology (vibration analysis. ultrasonic, etc.)
- Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes ingood faith it will pay for this role at the time of this postingbased on the job grade for this position. Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimatelypay more orless than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
