We are seeking candidates for the World Bank Group’s Young Professionals Program (YPP). We look for top talent with distinctive technical skills and strong leadership potential to work across programs in IFC, MIGA, and the World Bank to help create a world free of poverty on a livable planet.

share our mission and values are age 32 or younger (born on or after October 1, 1992) possess a graduate degree, distinctive technical skills, and relevant professional experience meet eligibility requirements and qualify to work in one of our program areas  have strong motivation to have positive impact in international development
