Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance support for the production floor to ensure maximum uptime of production equipment.
Shift: First Shift, Mon-Fri, 7am - 3pm

The leading task of quality control involves enforcing the use of specified processes and materials, ensuring the qualification of operators and equipment, and making a series of planned measurements to determine if quality standards are being met.
What You Will Do
- Improve equipment efficiency, utilization and yields through continuous improvement techniques.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance work orders for equipment in compliance with ISO (Environmental and Quality Systems) and/or FDA requirements
- Assist with the installation of equipment.
- Ability to think outside of box, and assist others as needed.
- Adhere to our quality, health and safety regulations and standards.
- Ensure accurate inventory control of spare equipment components are being tracked and consumed in accordance with our ISO (Environmental and Quality Systems) and/or FDA requirements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, industrial, or military environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working with automation, injection molding technology, and/or regulated compliance work environment
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and robotics
- Knowledge of electrical test equipment
- Understanding of manufacturing principles (GMP highly desired)
