Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience at the manager level, including supervision of 1-3 people. What will I be doing?

As Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. Specifically, you will:

Organize, plan, and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals. Communicate timely with internal and external clients via various channels. Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet and exceed their expectations. Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes. Resolve conflicts and handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances. Sell and influence both internal and external clients. Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues to determine the best solutions. Ensure high-quality service by understanding guest needs Organize, plan, and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals. Communicate timely with internal and external clients via various channels. Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet and exceed their expectations. Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes. Resolve conflicts and handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances. Sell and influence both internal and external clients. Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and e and providing direction, guidance, and coaching as needed.
