    Job Description

    The responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating activities with external vendors.
Scheduling and planning preventive maintenance for facility equipment.Performing repairs on CNC machinery and other equipment as needed.Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Supervising and allocate tasks and schedules for maintenance staff.Maintaining accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.Coordinating the installation of new machinery or equipment.Document, investigate, and report safety incidents in compliance with OSHA regulations.

The successful Maintenance Manager will have the following background:

Working knowledge and experience with OSHA regulations Ability to wear many hats and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience working on preventative maintenance for CNC machines and electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systemsExperience with safety procedure training and scheduling Experience with direct reports
