We want you to grab a seat and jump on this rocket with us This position serves as the primary point of contact in delivering our trademark helpful solutions and education to all customers, as well as consistently delivering exceptional service.

Your day to day will include:

Making outbound calls to warm leads Handle incoming calls from potential customers Assess their needs and providing over-the-phone estimates Closing sales Supporting with dispatching and scheduling

Our hourly range is between $16 and $18 with room to grow from there, depending on your experience

Ideally, we're looking for some prior knowledge of the construction/carpentry industry, someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and passionate about closing deals and serving customers

Requirements

2+ years of Sales and/or Customer Service Experience Home-improvement or construction-related experience is preferred, but not mandatory Extra points for Service Titan experience Be comfortable with a pre-employment background check Have reliable transportation to work from our Gilbert office
