As a key member of our Cary team, you’ll have the chance todrive forward challenging projects as the Project Manager - building trust with utilities by planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity. This can range from funding, regulatory compliance, digital tools, concept through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and programmatic support. Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• Passion for the water industry and serving municipal clients

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the water/wastewater industry with a project management focus

• North Carolina Professional Engineer’s license or ability to obtain one within 6 months

• Strong written and verbal communication skills Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Project leadership and management experience including demonstrated experience leading and managing small to mid-size, multi-disciplined, water or wastewater projects with construction values ranging from under $1M to several million dollars

• Recent experience working with water and wastewater utilities in the Carolinas market

• Experience in managing alternative delivery projects (CMAR and/or PDB)

• Familiarity with Bluebeam and ProjectWise • Active participant in state or national professional water organizations (i.e. AWWA, WEF, NC OneWater, ASCE)
