In this role you will:

As a highly visible member of the property's Leadership Team, the Assistant General Manager serves as a key liaison for hotel guests and functions as a right hand to the General Manager, while concurrently leading the Front Office Team and operations and supporting other operating departments such as Housekeeping, and engineering.  The Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, have luxury hotel brand experience, and, most importantly, have a positive solution-based focus while working to maximize the overall efficiency and profitability of the hotel.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

3+ Previous experience in a Hyatt brand setting 3+ years of management experience in the Front Office and Housekeeping. Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are beneficial Proven success in guest service results. A hospitality management degree is a plus. Strong financial knowledge is required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Drive for Results demonstrated through successful performance in prior leadership positions. Time management skills to meet commitments across multiple departments and roles. The customer focuses on delivering optimal employee and Customer Satisfaction consistently.
