Our client is seeking a highly trustworthy, communicative, and self-motivated professional to work as a part of their company. Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:00pm Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $25 an hour Responsibilities- All accounts payable/receivable.
- Email and phone call correspondence, including transferring calls to other departments as needed.
- Drafting and coordinating signing of contracts in DocuSign.
- Manage renewal process for all expiring contracts.
- Sorting and delivering incoming mail/ collecting and sending outgoing mail.
- Creating documents, maintaining databases, and sending memos and emails.
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records.
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies.
- Transcribing or taking notes during meetings and writing minutes, memos and/or agendas.
- Preparing or processing invoices or estimates.
- Calendaring/scheduling.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative and handle tasks without prompting.
