Job Details:
- Learn, teach, and collaborate across all functions to support team and company goals.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols, report any concerns promptly, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Notify team leaders of equipment issues or operational challenges.
- Set up production materials and tooling per SOP/MOPs, ensuring adherence to print specifications.
- Operate machinery following production guidelines, moving materials as needed, and maintaining equipment.
- Meet performance targets to uphold production schedules and ensure quality standards.
- Perform computer-based transactions to maintain accurate records and inventory.
- Rotate through tasks such as grinding, press brake operation, welding, and spot welding.
1st and 2nd Shift Available
Pay: $19.00 - $21.25 per hour (Depending on experience.)
