Its four medical centers - Kapi'olani, Pali Momi, Straub and Wilcox - specialize in innovative programs in women’s health, pediatric care, cardiovascular services, cancer care, bone and joint services and more. Hawai'i Pacific Health is recognized nationally for its excellence in patient care and the use of electronic health records to improve quality and patient safety.

Information Technology (IT) implements, supports and maintains all systems at Hawai‘i Pacific Health facilities. The department encompasses the people, records and activities that process the data and information in the organization. The team provides support to users, and acts as the key liaison between the business community and vendors. It also codes, defines criteria, performs testing and debugging, and maintains programs in order to meet the informational needs of Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s numerous facilities and administrative offices. Our EMR Inpatient team is responsible for support and maintenance of electronic medical records for inpatient hospitals.

As the Ancillary Business System Analyst, you will play an important role in upholding Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s operational and fiscal excellence by providing application support and business analysis to user departments in our Ancillary services. We are looking for someone with outstanding organizational skills, an appreciation for management and fiscal control and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current driver's license and valid Hawai‘i auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with supporting information systems. Experience in analyzing workflow and implementing changes in workflow.
