Job Description

TEL Manufacturing and Engineering of America, Inc. (TMEA) is a Tokyo Electron subsidiary in the U.S. We design and manufacture cutting-edge products that are used globally in the electronics industry. Our employees work closely with chip manufacturers, material suppliers, and other equipment suppliers to pursue common goals and learn collectively, ensuring timely solutions to the technology roadmap of the semiconductor industry.

A successful Operations Project Analyst will combine their technical education and experience to drive scheduling activities in support of organizational objectives, engaging in product design details and maintaining alignment with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Project Managers within the supply chain as a technical interface between planning, engineering, sales, manufacturing, and support teams.
  • Support product configurations in alignment with internal and external customer expectations.
  • Accountable for ensuring materials are planned according to manufacturing tact-based schedule.
  • Responsible for effective inventory consumption through design change evolution.
  • Commitment to strategic planning, development, and implementationprocess creation through process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 4 years of related experience
  • Proven work experience with Microsoft Project
  • Candidate must be able to work in Chaska, MN or Chelmsford, MA ONSITE

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Windchill, Team Center, or other PDM system
  • Experience with SAP, or similar ERP
  • Experience with monday.com
  • Knowledge and experience with Bill of Materials, Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing, preferably with capital equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders within the organization at a high-level professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including a demonstrated ability to clearly provide written reports that identify and quantify risk as well as present sound solutions
