Role Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Electrical Project Leader to oversee exciting construction initiatives. The successful candidate will direct and manage electrical projects, ensuring successful completion within the designated timeframe and budget. Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion
  • Formulate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Utilize project management software to monitor progress and manage documentation
  • Work closely with the design team on electrical systems planning
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks
  • Provide consistent updates to clients and management
  • Address project challenges and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management
  • Proficient in project management software and construction management methodologies
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems design and construction
  • Experience with Design and Build projects
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
  • PMP certification is advantageous
  • Familiarity with construction and electrical regulations
