- Shaping the brand vision of the Kansas City Mavericks both graphically and visually
- Create creative content to be used across all media platforms
- Create and manage sellable social media content and activity
- Prepare, create, and edit all print projects for final outsource
- Speed editing and timely return of necessary graphics for social media posting
- Create team graphics and themes for regular season, offseason, and other events for use on all digital and social media platforms
- Assist with graphic design elements and sales support tools to help marketing efforts and increase sales
- Identify and connect with current and future customers through creative engagement practices and promotional strategies that emphasize the Mavericks brand
- Identify areas of improvement and implement viable solutions
- Monitor market performance and customer feedback to fine-tune strategy and direction
- Coordinate communication effort with licensees and other third parties
- Collaborate with the Social Media department
- Lead the production and design of all organizational creative deliverables including advertising, brochures, catalogs, flyers, order forms, signage, sponsor mockups and publications
- Ensure that all graphics and publications are grammatically and factually correct while adhering to organizational style guide
- Assist with marketing campaigns, creating social media graphics, promotional materials, digital communications, print projects and other initiatives
- Assist with the planning and coordination of all Mavericks internal projects and graphic design related jobs
- Create graphics for social media posts
- Assist with press box needs
- Contribute in the management of social media platforms to ensure quality content is shared
- Assist with In-Game Operations when needed
- Assist with special event coordination, load-in, etc.
