Litigate envrmt'l & energy cases; help dsgn & implmt legal & advocacy strategies; coord w/ campaign staff, coalition partners & outside counsel. Assume increasing litigation responsibilities incl discovery mgmt, witness handling, legal research & writing, & oral argument. Prep legal briefs & opinions, & file appeals in courts of appeal. Prep amicus curiae briefs & file w/ courts in support of existing litigation. Salary starting at $165,443. Reqs LLM or JD, & license to practice law in any U.S. state or jurisdiction. Reqs 3 yrs of exp as litigation associate or legal fellow. Must have exp performing legal research & drafting memoranda in matters rltd to enforcement of envrmt'l laws & regs; drafting appellate briefs; drafting amicus curiae briefs; & building relationships w/ diverse communities of legal practitioners.
