Account Executive, Membership Services is instrumental in servicing and renewing existing business, in addition to reaching out to prospective clients developing and closing new sales. This role specifically focuses on providing outstanding customer service and cultivating relationships with Wild 365 Members via phone calls, emails, game visits, and special events. Responsibilities include researching and introducing new benefit packages to current client base as well as contributing to campaigns for new business.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Consistently deliver high-level of customer service to both internal and external clients helping to provide world-class service.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of sales and service activity, including 60-100 phone calls per day.
  • Meets all season ticket renewal and sales goals to be set by department leader.
  • Communicate daily with Wild 365 Members to build lasting relationships via outside appointments, phone calls, hand written notes, and email.
  • Ability to utilize CRM for database management and completion of specific campaigns and other general sales and service opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and referrals with current and prospective clients.
  • Manage sales kiosks, service clients and work other related assignments on game days.
  • Builds relationships with prospects via phone inquiries and enhances those relationships through face-to-face sales appointments.
  • Regularly attend Wild 365 events to maintain and service current ticket holders as well as prospect new business opportunities.
  • Available traditional business hours in addition to evenings, weekends and/or holidays for games or events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

  • College degree required, or equivalent education and related experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proficient computer skills including ability to work with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Paciolan & SalesForce is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of hockey preferred but not required.

  • Demonstrated ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high standards for quality; ability to keep accurate and detailed records.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team and results oriented environment.

Work Conditions

  • Ability to work traditional business hours in addition to evenings, weekends and/or holidays for games or events.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
