What does an Employee Experience and Learning & Development Intern do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As an intern on the Employee Experience, Learning & Development (EXLD) team, you play a crucial role in driving change and improvement in how Human Resources operates within Swire Coca-Cola. We want all employees to feel they belong to a community of dedicated team members who believe in winning together. With that in mind, you will be pushed to find breakthrough ways of improving HR processes and delivering those processes to leaders in a way that helps all involved succeed. You will be challenged and stretched and will have a chance to make a difference this summer. Are you in?

Job Details:

This position is for a summer internship from May 2025 – August 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Uncapped Potential 2025 Program Management:
    • Assist in the overall management and execution of the Un-Capped Potential 2025 intern program.
    • Coordinate intern events, workshops, and initiatives to create a meaningful and enriching experience.
    • Collaborate with EXLD team members to design and enhance touchpoints throughout the intern lifecycle.
  • Support Training and Workshops:
    • Assist in the planning, development, and facilitation of intern manager training sessions.
    • Help prepare training materials and resources for workshops that empower intern managers to deliver an exceptional experience for interns.
    • Gather feedback and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Program Communications:
    • Serve as a point of contact for interns and managers, providing updates and ensuring a seamless flow of communication.
    • Help maintain program documentation, calendars, and communication plans to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Collaboration and Innovation:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to support ongoing employee experience and learning development projects.
    • Provide fresh ideas and perspectives to continuously improve intern engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Experience Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later
