What does a Talent Management Intern do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As an intern on the HR Talent team, you play a crucial role in supporting the overall talent management processes within Swire Coca-Cola. We want all employees to feel valued and respected by their leaders for their contributions and receive the support they need to achieve their career ambitions. With that in mind, you will be pushed to find breakthrough ways of helping leaders to develop top talent and deliver critical talent-related messages to make it all possible. You will be challenged and stretched and will have a chance to make a difference this summer. Are you in?

Job Details:

This position is for a summer internship from May 2025 – August 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Talent process modernization: Individual Development Plans
    • Review current materials and benchmark best practices
    • Create a process map for a new practice that integrates with Swire’s talent cycle
    • Build out tools and resources, communication and training package
  • Talent portal overhaul
    • Enable accessibility to leadership tools
    • Drive user adoption of resources
  • Please note some project specifics are subject to change

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later
