Description:

  • This person will manage electrical scope and crews on industrial upgrade projects throughout the Midwest.

  • Job/scope includes Monitoring/managing on site install of main transformers, switch gear, running conduit, wiring mounts, PLCs, control cabinets, process control systems, general power to facility, some CAT6, UFD, and some data install.

  • Will be main on-site superintendent. Will have 2 leads/foreman reporting to this individual. This will require 90% travel.

  • Working on mostly industrial upgrades (Goodyear, Food/Bev, grain elevators, mining etc.)

General job description:

  • Oversee multiple crews on major projects.

  • Manage material procurement and requisition needs.

  • Establish workflows and sequences to ensure projects remain on track.

  • Enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have:

  • Journeyman or master electrician license

  • Experience on at least 1 project as lead foreman or superintendent

  • Needs 1 project on industrial job site

  • Strong computer skills with MS Suite

  • Electrical experience listed in job description (first line above)

  • Open to traveling
