The Management Analyst will:
Provide Director with schedule and coordination support internal and external to the Commission.
On the Director's behalf, facilitate and ensure the successful execution of small- and large-scale meetings with the OBF and with external stakeholders.
Keeps the Director and other OBF managers apprised of the organizational climate, identifies actual or anticipated problems, communicates with managers and provides consultation on matters.
Consults Director of OBF and articulates and communicates to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or research/programmatic issues under review and deadline and time frames for completion.
Provides Director with reports, evaluated information, budgetary proposals and similar products necessary for effective direction of administrative operations.
Manage OBF policies, internal controls, and risks.
Review and maintain financial tracking reports, including invoice tracking that directly tie into the overall budget formulation and execution.
Support OBF with process management ensuring systems are established and institutionalized within OBF and throughout the organization as appropriate.
Act as the primary administrator of the OBF on the Director's behalf.
Develops, modifies, revise, and implements procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative operations.
Assures compliance of administrative operations with various requirements and develops strategies for improving administrative functions.
Ensures development of standard operating procedures are in place for all standard, recurring, and ad-hoc tasks.
Approves emergency leave for up to three days; eight hours or less for medical appointments; and/or other types of leave as delegated by the Director.
