Your Role In this role, you will report to a Warehouse Supervisor and have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Monday -Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $18.50 per hour. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide daily tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates for daily workloads
  • Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
  • Manage unloading of inbound shipments and the orderly stacking of product
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and errors
  • Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that tasks are assigned and completed
  • Maintain product locator system, and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Complete all necessary records and reports
  • Provides back up support for all accounts other than primary
  • Other duties as assigned
Your Skills and Experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehousing environment, including at least 1 year of recent experience in a supervisory role
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; can keep complex spreadsheets
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience 
  • Can work overtime and weekends
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
