Position Overview

The CRM Analyst is focused on supporting the Business Development and Estimating department at a regional level for a business unit with approximately $750M annual revenues. This person will be skilled in CRM database management as well compiling reports using Power BI and Excel. This position will collaborate with regional level management, providing trusted insight into the past, current and future opportunities (projects) which are being considered for bidding. The primary focuses of this position include data stewardship for CRM software, supporting project or market research initiatives to identify new projects, track market activity and create relevant reports.

District Overview

Kiewit's South-Central District is one of Kiewit's leading infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil, transportation, and water resource markets. Projects you could be working on could include mass grading, drainage, paving, utility and more. Although most of our work is regionally based in the south-central region of the United States, we also pursue various projects stretching across the United States. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about infrastructure and committed to the construction industry as opposed to design.

Location

Westlake, TX (the DFW area).

Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration: Handle daily administrative functions of the firm’s CRM platform including user access and management.

  • Data Management: Entering, verifying, and updating information within CRM to regional and corporate standards. Run data integrity reports and resolve quality issues.

  • Create, review, and update various project reports and make appropriate corrections to ensure accurate reporting for management.

  • Prepare, review, and update weekly/monthly progress reports such as, work-to-bid lists and summarizing of bid results.

  • Interface with corporate research and GetWork department for unique data and reporting needs.

  • Drive continuous improvement for the district and be a proponent for positive change

  • Recognize the importance of being a team player by adapting to project needs and helping in other areas as needed.

  • Complete additional tasks as needed by management.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a CRM analyst or administrator.

  • Engineering or Construction industry experience preferred

  • Sales and CRM database platform knowledge is preferred. The firm uses as SAP based proprietary platform so SAP knowledge is also preferred.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, v-look ups, etc.)

  • Strong technical knowledge of Power BI and other related reporting software

  • Strong technical knowledge of SharePoint and document control processes and techniques

  • The ability to collaborate with various different departmental teams and personnel to gather data and create reports.

  • Effective oral and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for continuous improvement

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
