WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing and Sales department in our promotional efforts to ensure that the team is as successful as possible. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a keen attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to multitask and take initiative. Strong computer and social media skills are a plus.

Intern Duties may include:

Performing secretarial and related work, typing reports, uploading paperwork, and assisting the Sales team with Ups, Contracts, and other tasks as needed.
Greeting and "screening" visitors and providing information. Referring for special counseling and advice, answering the telephone, taking messages, and replying to questions in accordance with general instructions. Transmitting instructions or information to and from staff members.
Compiling information, creating and preparing regular and special reports on departmental activities under general supervision; maintaining departmental records and providing necessary documents for staff member use.
Assisting in the planning of special events and cultivation meetings under general direction of supervisor. Attend all events and assist with day-of coordination
Assisting in processing and mailing invitations to special events. Preparing brochures, presentations, and other collaterals as needed for the Marketing Team.
Assisting in the design of all mailers, collaterals, quarterly newsletter, blog, presentations, website, and social media channels.               

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

To be a current student enrolled in a degree program that requires Internship completion.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and/or Google Applications.Friendly get-it-done attitude.Drive to excel in a fast-past environment.Genuine passion for field of study.
