The primary function of the Outpost Shipping and Receiving Clerk is packing and shipping container orders on a regular basis and maintaining inventory of supplies.

 

What you will do:
 

  • Sorting supply orders for clients, filling container orders and shipping on a routine basis.  
  • Maintaining supply inventory by requesting needed items so they can be available without lost time.  
  • Implement good housekeeping practices for assigned work area.
  • Work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and meet deadlines for kit requests from clients.  
  • Ensure accuracy of kit orders for clients' use of containers in the field. 
  • Communicate with the courier to ensure pickup and delivery of sample containers to clients in a timely manner. 
  • Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment. 
  • Other duries as assigned


What you will bring:
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Ability to learn basic laboratory vocabulary and comprehend instructions.
