We are currently seeking a Receiving Clerk to manage essential interactions with both external and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels. This role requires independent judgment to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage a diverse workload.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Basic computer literacy is essential
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
  • A valid Driver's License is required
  • Training and certification for forklift operation will be provided
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is necessary
  • Competencies required include: Technical Capacity, Personal Effectiveness, Attention to Detail, Collaboration Skills, Communication Proficiency, Flexibility, Time Management, and Prioritization Skills
  • Experience in SAP requisition writing and troubleshooting POs, invoices, and requisitions is preferred
  • Prior experience in document control and invoice processing is essential
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • Post-offer drug/alcohol screening and physical evaluation required
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace


Functional Responsibilities:

The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for data entry, filing, copying, typing, and verifying documentation. This role involves handling requests for information and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be organized, maintain confidentiality, multitask efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Exceptional communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.


Compensation:

Compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience.
