You will assist your dedicated team in executing the functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of analytics, & service.
HR Technology Intern
YOUR MISSION
- Support the HRIS team in the integration of new HR technologies and systems.
- Contribute to the creation of instructional modules, documents, and videos for HR processes, and training.
- Assist with training on how to access, navigate, and utilize HR technology including data visualization tools
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for HR tools and platforms, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Work closely with the HRIS team to support data audits and assessments related to HR technology, including a review of HRIS support tickets received, to determine trends and areas of process improvement as well as conducting frequent data audits of some of our key fields within our systems
You will oversee / take part in 2 specific projects:
Workday implementation support
- Assist in reviewing local operational, business and legal requirements to be implemented in the Global solution
- Assist in preparing scenarios for systems testing and in executing these test scenarios
- Perform some data review/data cleaning and prepare conversion data to Workday
- Participate in the training and change management sessions.
System File cleanup:
- Update the HRIS SharePoint to provide easier access to other HR teams on key documents.
- Perform a deep dive review of the current HR shared drives and SharePoint sites to determine if these can be removed/consolidated.
YOUR PROFILE
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) platforms is a plus. SAP and/or Workday preferred
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
- Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success
- Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
- Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of the internship
- Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships
- Must be age 18 or older to participate
