As an event staff team member for FanGate Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in ticket sales and special events.  Event staff will receive training on: giving top notch customer service to exceed our clientâs expectations and increase fans overall experience, as well as venue information.

This position is for one event based in Bristol, TN.  Would you like to experience working a music festival at one the largest motorsports facilities in the country?  We provide staffing for Bristol Motor Speedway's Country Thunder music festival event featuring performances by Cody Johnson, HARDY, Bailey Zimmerman, Trace Adkins, Priscilla Block, and more.  Team members will be performing the following positions: Ticket Scanners, Mobile Ticket Assistants, Ushers, and Guest Services.
Responsibilities:
  • Aid guests with accurate game and promotional information
  • Provide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and concerns
  • Represent FanGate Solutions and its clients in a professional and ethical manner
  • Punctual and self-motivated with an attention to detail
  • Review event tickets and give accurate information on seating location
  • Scan Tickets at the entry gates
  • Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managers

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Willing to travel to Bristol, TN on the weekend of September 28th & 29th 
  • Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends and evenings
  • College student majoring in advertising, marketing, sport management, or related fields is a plus
  • Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment

Duration and Pay:Work event on June 28th and 29th in Bristol, TN.  This is a paid events position for work during actual events at $12/hour.  Housing accommodations can be provided.
