The Sr. Product Manager - Digital Pathology and AI , LifeSciences leads the business units ’ commercial product management and marketing execution for the life sciences market segment . The Sr. Product Manager- Digital Pathology and AI is responsible for contributing to and executing the global strategy into regional initiatives and tactics , as well as , working closely with the regional commercial teams to achieve growth and revenue plans. Developing and driving launch and product management of the life sciences focused portfolio. This product manager will also help drive training and launches of expansion products in the portfolio to ensure revenue achievement for this portfolio .

What you will be doing:

  • Demonstrate s leadership of the Lean Business System.

  • Implement s Marketing and Product Management best practices.

  • Represent s and supports the Business Units ’ product portfolio globally.

  • Create s innovative marketing approach that delivers leads, and accelerates pipeline.

  • Account for in - region country differences and optimizes for customer experience .

  • Responsible for training, product launches, trade shows for the business units ’ offering s globally.

  • Partner s with regional sales leaders; understand s and support s the needs of the countries to achieve growth and revenue plans.

  • Plan s and executes marketing tactics and programs in line with the global marketing strategy.

  • Drive s effective communication to multiple stakeholders, including sales, customer service, technical service.

  • Participate s in the regional level pipeline and business reviews.

  • Effectively lead s , operate s and thrive s in a global, matrixed, cross-functional environment.

  • Play s an active role on the global commercial team.

  • Identif ies new market opportunities and manages market risks.

  • Responsible for preparation of business cases, projects to global marketing leadership.

    Skills you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/science, or similar degree required.

  • Master of Business Administration Preferred.

  • 5+ years of healthcare marketing/product management experience.

  • Track record of leading marketing programs and aligning the organization behind them.

  • 3+ years digital pathology experience.

  • Sales experience preferred.

  • Lean business system understanding preferred.
