Sr Data Scientist with Google Dialog Flow (GDF)/Genesys Integration exp - Remote

Role Overview:

Apexon is seeking a seasoned Sr Data Scientist with a specialization in Google Dialog Flow (GDF) to join our team dedicated to healthcare solutions. This mid to senior-level role requires a professional with a strong background in designing and implementing advanced conversational AI systems using Google Dialog Flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient Dialog Flow agents to enhance user interactions.
  • Identify the optimal agent type (Dialogflow CX or ES) for each project based on complexity and requirements.
  • Develop robust webhooks in programming languages such as Python or Node.js for intricate dialog management and external system integration.
  • Apply machine learning techniques to refine chatbot responses and improve overall system performance.
  • Craft engaging and user-centric conversation designs, ensuring clear prompts and smooth conversational flows.
  • Integrate Dialogflow applications with various platforms including web, mobile, and messaging interfaces.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure functionality and reliability of Dialogflow agents.
  • Maintain proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services related to Dialogflow.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in conversational AI and Dialogflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-9 years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Dialog Flow.
  • Proficiency in NLP and understanding of core Dialogflow concepts such as intents, entities, and context management.
  • Experience with Genesis platform for IVR is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to design intuitive user interfaces and conversation flows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
