Xsolla, a leading e-commerce company in the video game industry, is hiring a Customer Support Intern to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about customer support operations while making a meaningful impact on our customers' experience. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Sparked by our deep love for gaming’s union of technology and artistry, our product suite operates in more than 200 countries and territories, 20+ languages, and 130 currencies. What hasn’t changed since our launch in 2005 is our conviction that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to play.


This internship opportunity is for the summer of 2024, the duration of the internship will be June through August.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn and utilize our customer support systems and tools to accurately log and track customer interactions and resolutionsCollaborate with other teams, including technical support and account management, to address complex customer issues and ensure timely resolutionProvide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers on Xsolla's services and offeringsIdentify trends and recurring issues in customer inquiries and escalate them to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolutionContinuously strive to improve the customer support experience by suggesting process enhancements and sharing customer feedback with the teamAssist in creating and updating customer support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles


REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related fieldStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanorExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and inquiriesPrevious customer service experience is a plus but not requiredMust be currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited universityEntrepreneurial mindset and highly flexible



$17.50 - $17.50 an hour
