Location- Miami, FL (100% Remote)

Duration- Long-term contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY
Responsible for production of prepaid cards and BYOP products, Real-Time-Replenishment (RTR) and Point-Of-Sale Activation (POSA) operational activities, for all TF brands and sales channels.

Ensure compliance with product specifications and QA procedures.

Interact with external trading partners (i.e. manufacturers, retailers, transaction processors, etc.) Responsible for testing of entire POSA product portfolio (i.e. cards, handsets, SIMs, BYOP, etc.) across all retailers, and coordinate testing to meet retail launch dates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities/Duties:

40% - Responsible for production of prepaid cards and BYOP products.

Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality assurance procedures.

Manage production & delivery schedules.

Coordinate with vendors to adjust production schedules and inventory delivery dates to accommodate delivery due dates.

Resolve issues affecting production and deliveries.

40% - Responsible for Real-Time-Replenishment (RTR), and Point-Of-Sale Activation (POSA) operations.

Internal and external coordination of POSA and product testing to meet retail launch dates.

Handle daily functions and operations for RTR and POSA, including troubleshooting, UAT testing and certification.

Initiate POSA testing process for all new POSA product launches until successfully completed.

10% - Review and approve vendor invoices, resolve invoicing discrepancies, and ensure successful processing of EDI system transactions.

10% - Various other Airtime & POSA, Supply Chain Management, and Invoicing departmental operations, as well as report preparation and analysis.

Overall objective for this position is to prevent card production defects, and ensure sufficient inventory in-stock ratios.

Responsible for development and implementation of solutions to card production and supply chain transactions issues.

Recommend enhancements to technical approval and production processes.

• Responsibility for implementation and/or administration of programs/policies/procedures.

Responsible for administration of card manufacturing processes and procedures, for all TF brands, along with POSA testing and certification, prior to delivery of inventory to distribution centers.

• Describe the kinds of decisions made by the incumbent as well as the recommendations referred to the next level of management or others for approval. Decisions Made by this Position:

Resolving all production issues encountered, and deploy short-term & long-term solutions to prevent further recurrences.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

• Associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and working experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum experience required

Two or more years of card production, supply chain management, or other technical troubleshooting and analytical experience.

POSA encoding specifications experience beneficial.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Advanced MS-Excel required, including pivot tables, charting, extensive data preparation and analysis.

Oracle Financials experience preferred.

Minimum of reasoning ability and special skills.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from senior management. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and volume.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Minimum job content knowledge required.

Knowledge of wireless industry and prepaid cards, preferred.

POSA encoding specifications and understanding of TracFone's systems/business operations desirable.

Physical demands required.
