We are currently seeking a Data Product Manager to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the process of developing, launching, and optimizing their products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics, user experience, and market trends to guide the development and optimization of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

-Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with client objectives and leverages data insights.
-Develop a product roadmap that prioritizes features and improvements based on data analysis and client feedback.
-Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends.
-Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations.
-Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation through in-depth data analysis.
-Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products and features.
-Write detailed product requirements and user stories based on data insights and stakeholder input.
-Ensure that product development is aligned with the strategic vision and goals.
-Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate product concepts.
-Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
-Advocate for the customer, ensuring that their needs and pain points are addressed in product development.
-Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.
-Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
-Manage expectations and negotiate priorities among stakeholders.
-Define and track product success metrics, using A/B testing and other methods to evaluate feature performance.
-Continuously monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, making iterative improvements based on data.
-Implement best practices for data-driven decision making across the product management team.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in product management
-5+ years successfully managing and delivering complex projects for clients.
-4+ years with project management tools and data analytics tools
-4 + years experience with software development processes and/or methodologies
-Ability to travel at least 25%.
