The E/I CP Manager is responsible for all Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Process Engineering technical support, maintenance support, and project implementation activities at the Hannibal site.

  • Managing Process Control Engineers/Specialists, E&I Engineers/Specialists, and Process Engineers.
     
  • Ensuring team estimates jobs and prepares capital projects as requested through engineering support requests.
     
  • Ensuring team provides technical management of plant Power Distribution Systems, including low, medium, and high voltages.
     
  • Ensuring team designs instrumentation and controls to support ongoing plant improvements.
     
  • Ensuring team provides technical experts for DCS, SIS, Advanced Process Control, Alarm Management, Automation Security, Instrumentation, Power Distribution, and Automation Process Optimization.
     
  • Supporting Reliability programs.
     
  • Providing long term engineering team vision for site to improve site efficiency.
If you have...
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline and at least 10 years of progressively responsible industrial experience regarding chemical/petrochemical plant in at least one of the subject areas (Process Engineering, E/I, or Process Control).

 

  • Ability to manage a team of engineers and technicians across multiple disciplines to support maintenance activities, capital projects, reliability improvements and operational support.
     
  • Broad knowledge of DCS, preferably DeltaV, SIS, relief device calculations, process design.
     
  • Familiarity analyzing and optimizing Operator/DCS Interfaces, familiarity with Instrument Technical Standards and Procedures.

 

  • Experience with SAP. (Preferred)
