We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Manager, HR Technology (Compensation) to join our team and play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our compensation programs through technology. You will be a key player in collaborating with stakeholders, translating diverse needs into system requirements, and implementing efficient solutions using Oracle HR technology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership & Requirements Gathering:

  • Proactively partner with the Compensation Operations team to understand their needs and challenges, translate them into technical requirements, and advocate for process improvements.

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Technology (Compensation) to assess new compensation plan requirements, evaluate feasibility, impact, and resource implications.

  • Develop and utilize data gathering templates to effectively collect critical information from Compensation partners.

  • System Expertise & Configuration:

  • Design, build, and configure compensation plans within Oracle Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Incentive Plan modules.

  • Test new plan configurations and help in developing UAT scenarios for compensation partners.

  • Maintain and optimize existing compensation plans and workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Manage the execution of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual compensation cycles, including documentation, testing, system preparation, and ongoing support.

  • Identify and proactively address potential issues, escalate as needed, and ensure timely delivery of programs.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Compensation, IT, and business leaders.

  • Clearly communicate complex system concepts to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in.

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Drive continuous improvement by applying agile principles to design, develop, and deliver compensation programs efficiently.

  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for simplification and optimization, leading to more efficient service delivery.

  • Actively seek and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ Years of Compensation program management experience Oracle Core HR, Compensation module experience compensation or compensation operations experience and strong understanding of Oracle Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Incentive Plan modules including 4+ years of executing year-end Compensation processes for the organization.

  • Proven track record of successfully executing year-end compensation processes.

  • Strong proficiency in creating Fast Formulas for advanced data manipulation and calculations.

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills, combined with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Ability to translate diverse inputs into actionable plans and deliver tangible outcomes.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and implement innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multitasking effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary range for this position is $96,038 to $179,270 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.

Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
