    Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion for luxury residential interior projects.
Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure efficiency and compliance with project requirements.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and address any issues that may arise.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, and change orders.Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the luxury residential interior renovation market.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices in high-end residential projects.Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.Proficiency in construction management software and tools.Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
