Front Desk Coordinator At Union, we provide amazing dental care and customer service in a fun, engaging environment. Being a dual specialty practice, our doctors provide dental care to patients with a broad age range. In order to provide the highest level of patient care, our team works together closely to ensure the needs of our patients are being met at the highest level possible. We are seeking a full-time person as our Patient Care Coordinator, to provide a second-to-none experience to all our patients and families. As the first point of contact for families and patients, our Patient Care Coordinator will provide a welcoming experience and work closely with both our Financial and Treatment Coordinators to ensure a seamless process for all new and current patients. The schedule for this position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Benefits: training, paid sick leave, paid time off, retirement, performance bonus, dental Responsibilities: • Create a fun and welcoming environment • Greet patients and families warmly with a great attitude • Schedule and manage appointments for patients receiving both Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental care • Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner • Assist in the evaluation and establishment of patient payment plans and treatment plans • Contact patients to verify upcoming meetings • Immediately address any inquiries or issues from patients • Collaborate with both Financial and Treatment Coordinators to ensure patients have a pleasant experience Qualifications: • Have an amazing attitude • Possess exceptional customer service abilities • Highly detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience with phone systems • Knowledge of patient scheduling Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
