What will you do?
- Manages the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment
- Manages the Total Preventative Maintenace (TPM) to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines
- Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being
- Manages & optimises maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
- Organizes the intervention of the team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line.
- Ensures the business continuity plan in term of equipment and tools.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- 3 plus years maintenance supervisor
- Have knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
- Have an understanding of maintenance/ tool and die principles
- Proficiency in professional and engineering PC applications
