Contract Duration: 3 Months
Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or GED. 2 years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of general accounting practices. Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills. PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. Strong organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies. Desired Skills & Experience Associate degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
What You Will Be Doing Create accurate client installments and audit invoices according to lines of business. Record revenue accurately by client and location. Analyze revenue versus budget variances. Create accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients. Properly allocate revenue to appropriate clients and company locations. Generate and maintain department spreadsheets. Maintain a system of Recurring Journal Entries to accurately defer annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue. Key journal entries for accounting staff. Maintain client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts. Create monthly revenue versus budget variance reports. Perform other duties as assigned. Support the organization's quality program(s).
