This role requires established relationships with subcontractors, design and engineering consultants, and other project stakeholders. Consistent, error-free work is a key measure of job performance success. This position is designed for an experienced and valued team member, who is recognized and supported by a committed management and administrative team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Estimating

  • Project management

  • Relationship management

  • 7+ years in the construction industry, with at least 5 years focused on Estimating.

  • Experience in Estimating software (Sage Estimating, Procore, E-Takeoff, Bluebeam, Revit/Navisworks is a plus)

  • Experience in CM conceptual through 100% CD estimating, and competitive bid work.

  • Experience in Commercial Construction, specifically Higher Education, Healthcare, K-12, and Government projects preferred
