Position Overview:

The Licensed Clinician will provide high-quality mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with mental health issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
- Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage with clients and their families to facilitate understanding and involvement in the treatment process.
- Attend and participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and training sessions.
- Stay informed about current developments in the field of mental health and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment.
- Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of clients served.

Qualifications:

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid license to practice as a clinician in [State] (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist).
- Proven experience in providing clinical services in a mental health setting.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to social justice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in specialty areas
