You will be working your magic on a full-time year-round basis. Your schedule will mostly be Monday to Friday, and we are flexible. The starting wage is $20 per hour.

    ** Essential Duties**

  • Navigate calls, emails, and clerical tasks with finesse.
Conduct or assist with new hire orientation sessions and onboarding. Safeguard the integrity of HR files and records. Be the reliable resource for employee questions, referring complex matters. Assist in maintaining the communication platform database and crafting engaging content. Weave magic with the Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation. Provide a stellar customer service experience. Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Skills Required

Harness excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Ability to multi-task. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Communicate efficiently and respectfully to others at all times.

Education and Experience
Prior related office and HR experience preferred. We will train the right candidate.

Performance Measurement:

90 Day performance review, annual performance review, attendance, productivity, feedback from others, etc.
