VP, Head of Distribution and Delivery Strategy

The Role

A member of the FCFE leadership team and is responsible for the creation and execution of our delivery and distribution strategy across various Fidelity partners. This person will also direct a team of Engagement Consultants and delivery enablement specialists who will implement the strategic plans. In addition, the ideal candidate will be a reflective systems-leader who embraces process consultations.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Experience working within and across organizations to co-create strategic, execution, and distribution plans and ensuring these plans advance FCFE’s vision to transform the generational wealth experience through every stage of life and the needs of our business partners. Linking these plans to desired outcomes for FCFE and our partners is required. Experiences in people development, coaching, and knowledge of the advisor environment will be useful in this role. Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills in small and large settings is expected. Experience leading a team who drives the distribution plan. Relevant knowledge of Fidelity culture and customer base, products, tools, services, and distribution model. Passion and proven curiosity about family engagement in the planning process and conversation strategies.
