Job Description: As the Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product vision, strategy, and roadmap in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle space. You will lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver software products that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives. Your deep understanding of the EV market, combined with your expertise in software product management, will be key to driving innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our software solutions in the electric vehicle industry Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch high-quality software products that meet customer needs Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to gather feedback and ensure our products address real-world challenges in the EV industry Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product offerings Stay updated on the latest developments in the EV and software industries, and apply this knowledge to guide product strategy Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, serving as a thought leader in the EV software space

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Director of Product or in a senior product management role within the software industry Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle industry and the challenges and opportunities it presents Expertise in software product management, including experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Passion for sustainability and a deep interest in the electric vehicle industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with EV software solutions, including vehicle-to-grid technology, charging infrastructure, or fleet management Background in SaaS or cloud-based software products MBA or advanced degree in a related field Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain in the context of EVs
