Job Title: Specialist Director, Product Manager

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Director, Product Manager to join our Strategy Transaction group in our Deal Advisory and Strategy practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to collect requirements for building data, analytics, and AI solutions.
  • Analyze gathered information to understand business needs and propose solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Manage and communicate business requirements to product owners and development teams, ensuring solutions meet these requirements.
  • Develop initial budgets for proposed solutions and maintain long-term product roadmaps for each solution.
  • Conduct competitive research on data, analytics, and AI solutions in deal advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy products and services.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience as a product manager or product owner, with familiarity with deal advisory, mergers and acquisition, or corporate strategy desired.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, with Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically about complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban, and more), with understanding of basic IT principles and ability to work closely with technology solutions.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, data analysis, and developing work estimates and budgets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
