    As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will:

  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and newSearch, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resourcesManage the process from interview through offer stageConduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidatesBe responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and Lead generationHave an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposalsNegotiate Commercial Terms of business and ratesFor leadership: Mentor newer sales folks
